On the ground floor, you'll find a light-filled, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped country-style kitchen, perfect for cooking and relaxing together. A double bedroom (200x200 cm) with an en-suite bathroom and a guest WC are also located on the ground floor. The upper floor features two further spacious double bedrooms (200x220 cm) with modern built-in wardrobes, offering ample storage space for your Sylt vacation. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with natural light, one of which includes a sauna – the perfect place to unwind. A separate room with a generously sized desk is ideal for a home office. A single bed (120x200 cm) is available for an additional person. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment and comfort. The south-facing terrace with an adjoining garden and a beach chair (seasonal) invites you to relax outdoors.
