Located on the raised ground floor, the apartment is accessible without steps and is ideally suited for seniors. Maximum occupancy: 3 people!
Large living/dining room (with sofa bed), double bedroom, kitchen, bright bathroom/WC with bathtub and shower, spacious hallway, partially covered south-facing balcony, small storage room, parking spaces at the house, and a private lockable single garage are included. A footpath/cycle path leads directly to the lake promenade and the attractive lido (approx. 1 km).
Please bring your own bed linen (standard sizes) if possible, or alternatively, there is a bed linen surcharge of €10.00 per person/stay.
