Description: The holiday home is situated in a quiet, central location on Uferstraße, not far from the "Cliner Quelle" spa center, which you can easily reach on foot in just a few steps. The beach, the town center, and the Harle promenade are also within walking distance.
This newly renovated and furnished end-of-terrace house is part of a well-maintained terraced housing complex. On the ground floor, the house features a large, bright living room with a sofa and a 50-inch satellite TV, a dining area with a solid wood dining table, and a separate, very well-equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher). There is also a new guest WC with a washbasin on the ground floor. From the living room, you have access to the sunny terrace and the large garden. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms (one with a double box-spring bed and the other with two single beds) as well as a bright and modern bathroom with an oversized shower. The attic features a sleeping studio with two additional single beds.
A parking space is available on the property.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and an infant.
