The main house spans 150 square meters and accommodates up to six guests. It features three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living/dining area.
The expansive outdoor area offers a variety of spaces to relax.
Sunny and shady spots, a lounge area, and a heated 9x4 meter waterfall pool leave nothing to be desired.
A barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen, including a gas grill, refrigerator, bar, and large dining table, invites you to enjoy gatherings with family and friends.
The outdoor bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower.
The breathtaking views of the Libyan Sea make every sunset a truly special experience.
A short distance away is the 50-square-meter studio, which can accommodate two additional guests.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
Outside, there is a private infinity pool and a separate outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a dining table.
Privacy is very important to us for our guests, therefore the studio is only rented in combination with the villa.
