The spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, the exquisite shapes and colors, and the unusual room layout create an exceptional living experience. The wraparound balcony invites outdoor living at any time of day.
The kitchen is equipped with porcelain from the Iitalla Teema collection, a true classic of Scandinavian design. The porcelain is complemented by products from Sola from Switzerland. A sufficient number of pans and pots are provided. The finishing touch is provided by the sponge and dishcloths from Sweden, designed by triLogie am See. Design by Ulrike Schüler. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, and kettle.
Adjoining the master bedroom, the Mulberry apartment has a large, barrier-free bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The large-format original artworks by Munich artist Ulrike Schüler, featuring the motif of mulberry, reference the Mulberry Avenue on Mainau Island. Historically, mulberry avenues were planted on stately estates like the island of Mainau to produce silk. The mulberry leaves served as food for silkworms. The silk was processed into fine garments worn on special occasions.
