The 60 sq m terraces – furnished with lounge furniture and a dining area for six – face south and west, allowing you to soak up the sun all day long.
The high-quality apartment features real wood parquet flooring throughout,
and the living room boasts a leather sofa and a bioethanol fireplace. A flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, radio, iPod docking station, and free Wi-Fi are also provided. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the apartment – all equipped with electric exterior blinds – ensure bright, sunny living spaces.
The open-plan, modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a spacious dining area for six, leaving nothing to be desired.
