Holiday home with fenced garden for 5 (7) people in Breitenbach, Alsace - France
Location: This small Vosges-style house is situated in a side valley of the mountain village, on the edge of the village next to a lively stream.
Furnishings: Some of the old wooden beams are still visible, giving the house a cozy atmosphere. As it is an old farmhouse, the ceilings are lower. The furnishings are attractive and practical. There are two entrances: on the ground floor: entrance hall with wardrobe and access to the bathroom. Alternatively, a staircase leads to the living room with a sofa bed for two people, armchair, and TV. There is also a dining room with a dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wood-burning stove (also for heating), a four-burner gas hob, a dishwasher, an extractor hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and a toaster. There is access to the fenced garden. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, a washing machine, and a toilet.
Upper floor: accessible via a somewhat steep staircase (slightly sloping roof). The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a charming decorative stove. Bedroom with double bed. Separate toilet. Electric heating and wood-burning stove in the kitchen. Garage.
