The lively town center of Castiglione della Pescaia, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is also within easy reach.
After parking your car practically in front of the building, you cross a large terrace belonging to the condominium complex, which leads to the apartment's partially covered private terrace. From here, you enter the spacious living room with its fully equipped, open-plan designer kitchen. Beyond this tastefully furnished room, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed on the left, a lovely bedroom with a queen-size bed in the center, and on the right, the bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Everywhere you look, you'll notice paintings, artwork, design objects, and lamps. The owner recently renovated and restructured the apartment, furnishing and decorating it with great taste.
The apartment is ideal for a couple, two couples, a family with two children, or a small group of friends. The sea and beaches, as well as the center of Castiglione della Pescaia, are not far away… and after a long day at the beach, you can relax in this little oasis in the shade of the trees.
