It is part of a working farm (sheep, chickens, donkeys, horses, etc.) that also boasts a large organic vegetable and fruit garden, from which the owner brings fresh produce to her guests almost daily. A sandy access road leads almost to the front door and to the private parking area in front of the house. Guests have access to a large private garden in front of the entrance, ideal for sunbathing, playing, relaxing, and al fresco dining. The property is fully fenced, making it suitable for holidays with pets. This also allows children to play safely. Outdoor fun awaits. A real highlight is the private whirlpool next to the house, offering a magnificent view across the entire valley to the sea. Enjoying a glass of wine while soaking in it at sunset is simply perfect. The house is accessed through the fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace and dining area. Beyond the kitchen are a living room with a sofa (which converts into a sofa bed), TV, and a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Opposite the bedrooms are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is equipped for people with disabilities.
