This lovely holiday apartment is located in the quiet residence of the Sporting Club Rio Grande, just two kilometers from the golden beaches of Principina Mare, which can be reached via a convenient cycle path that runs alongside the beautiful pine forest. The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) and is spread over two levels. A small entrance leads to the living area on the left and the sleeping area on the right on the ground floor. The modern and colorful eat-in kitchen, which also houses the washing machine, is equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small television, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa. It opens onto a lovely terrace, protected by a mosquito net, which is furnished with another dining table. The sleeping area on the first floor consists of a spacious double bedroom with a window overlooking the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed are located in a large room, along with a second bathroom with a shower. This room also opens onto a second large terrace, furnished with a small table, parasol, and electric grill. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.
