The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. Two bedrooms have direct terrace access and an additional outdoor shower with hot water. There are 2 bathrooms—one with a large shower and one with a WC, washbasin, and bidet. A washing machine and heating (rare on Elba) make the property suitable for year-round stays.
