Located approximately 20 meters from the sea, this elegant and independent holiday apartment for up to four people is situated in a seaside villa on the Gulf of delle Grotte. Surrounded by lush greenery, the apartment features a large, shaded, furnished terrace and a wisteria-covered pergola, complete with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a relaxing outdoor holiday. A spacious and bright veranda leads directly into the living room with its well-equipped kitchenette. The air-conditioned living room also includes a sofa bed, a table and chairs, and a TV area. From here, you also have access to a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Guests also have access to the villa's 13m x 6m swimming pool (shared with the owners). The house overlooks the Gulf of the Grottes and offers fantastic views of the impressive panorama of Portoferraio and its Medici fortresses. The archaeological site of an ancient Roman villa is just steps away. A pier allows small boats to moor at the nearby small beach. The apartment boasts a well-maintained and elegant interior. The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Portoferraio, with its harbor, Calata, restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques, markets, and events, is less than a 10-minute drive away. Famous villages on the island of Elba, such as Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, can also be reached in less than 20 minutes (10 km). The long sandy beaches of Biodola and Procchio are 9 km away. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who appreciate the sea, comfort, and lifestyle. Enjoy spending time outdoors during your vacation.
