For each week booked, we will deduct a flat-rate discount of €25 from your booking until January 31, 2025, in addition to the displayed price. This comfortably furnished mobile home is located in the beautiful Norcenni holiday complex in Figline Valdarno. Beautifully nestled in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, the complex, with all its entertainment options and its proximity to Florence, is the ideal holiday destination for families. The complex features a large and modern swimming pool complex with several pools, water features, water slides, and a lagoon for children. The numerous sunbathing areas around the two pools ensure complete relaxation and pleasant sunbathing. Children have access to a large playground where they can have fun with the assistance of the animation team. Entertainment is also offered for teenagers and adults, and the fantastic rope park ensures adventure during your holiday. The young and cheerful animation team also provides a variety of entertainment options. For sports enthusiasts, there are tennis, soccer, and beach volleyball courts. A pizzeria, a takeaway, an ice cream parlor, a bar, and a supermarket also ensure a pleasant stay. The complex also offers bicycle rental, scooter rental, mountain bike rental, an ATM, and a doctor. Wi-Fi is available. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available.

The Happy Premium mobile home for up to 7 people consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's bedrooms, each with two single beds. The dining area in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping space if needed. Mosquito nets are provided on all bedroom windows. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and includes a stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The semi-covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, and an electric grill invites you to relax while the children have fun in the playground or by the pool. The accommodation also includes two sun loungers or loungers in the garden. Barbecues are permitted. The drive from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours. Half-board can also be booked on-site upon request. Note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible, as we have several properties of the same type.

ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTHS OF STAY

Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on your scheduled arrival date, check-in the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.

POOL

Vacation guests have access to a beautiful and extremely spacious swimming pool complex with a large lap pool and a lagoon with water features for children. Several slides also provide fun for all ages. A heated pool, which can be covered, ensures swimming fun even when the weather isn't ideal. For the little ones, there's a baby pool and a shallow-water playground. Sun loungers are available around the pools for your relaxation. For a cool, delicious refreshment or a quick snack, the bar is located by the pools and is open from morning to evening. The pools are located on both sides of the resort. Therefore, you can choose each day which side of the pool area is more interesting or better suited to your current needs.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY

If you wish, you can enjoy pleasant moments in the company of the animation team. A young, motivated animation team will entertain you with a variety of activities. There's a mini club for your children, which keeps them busy during the day and provides exciting and fun entertainment for all ages in the evening. The family-friendly resort also has a large playground with trampolines and slides where your children can really let off steam. For sporty guests, there are a tennis court, a beach volleyball court, a basketball court, a fitness room, a mini golf course, table tennis tables, and a soccer field. Bicycle, scooter, and mountain bike rentals are available. There's also a playroom for children, and thanks to the babysitting service, parents can pamper themselves in the wellness center or at the hairdresser without worry. How about a quad ride?
