Through the spacious entrance hall on the ground floor, a staircase leads to the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area on the first floor.
From the adjacent hallway, you can access the two bedrooms:
A large room with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a TV, and a smaller room with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a window-like, closable opening to the living area. Due to the apartment's location in the barn, the larger bedroom has no natural light, but both rooms have windows overlooking the stable building for ventilation.
Opposite the bedrooms are the bathrooms: one with a large shower and toilet, the other with a bathtub and toilet.
During the colder months, a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth, and for entertainment, there are books, magazines, games, a foosball table, and a ping-pong table.
In the garden, you will find several seating areas, a beach chair, a hammock, sun loungers, a barbecue, and plenty of space for games and fun.
There is ample covered parking space with wall boxes and storage facilities for your bicycles.
