Electricity and water costs: Please note that electricity and water costs are not included in the price of your stay. These will be billed separately according to consumption. This allows you to monitor your individual usage and ensure fair billing.

Bed linen and towels: For your convenience, we offer the option of booking bed linen and towels as linen packages directly with the agency Seeblick Ferien ORO. The cost is approximately €24 per person. If you book these linen packages, your beds will be made upon your arrival.
