**Kaptein’s Lounge holiday apartment by Seeblick Ferien ORO** – ideal for 2–6 people on two levels (upper and attic floors) with 180° panoramic views: to the south, the harbor of Port Olpenitz; to the north, the Schlei fjord, Maasholm, and Schleimünde. The 93 m² light-filled maisonette offers a unique living experience – almost like being on the bridge of a ship!
On the entrance level on the first floor, you'll find the spacious living room with a fireplace, the open-plan dining area with kitchen, access to the large south-facing terrace with harbor views, a guest WC, and a shower. Upstairs, the attic features two bedrooms and a luxurious spa bathroom with a shower, whirlpool bathtub, and infrared sauna. The master bedroom, overlooking the marina, includes a TV.
Dogs are welcome (€100 per stay). Electricity and water costs are charged according to consumption. Optional extras: linen package (€24/person) and sauna package (€21). Security deposit: €300 cash upon arrival. Bread roll delivery service available. Please note: Construction work may be taking place at the Ostseeresort Olpenitz; this is already factored into the price.
