Part of an early 20th-century stone farmhouse, just 1 km from the charming village of Gambassi Terme. Recently restored and furnished in typical Tuscan country style, this property comprises two separate units, each with its own entrance, kitchen, and bedroom. One unit has a sofa bed in the kitchen. Each unit has its own outdoor area with a table for al fresco dining. We do not rent the units separately. A large garden (1000 m²) features a gazebo and barbecue for outdoor meals. The swimming pool (10 x 4 m, 1.4 m deep) is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and offers views of the surrounding countryside. Private parking is available.
