With approximately 55 m² of living space, the ground-floor apartment offers ample room for relaxing vacation days.

A separate bedroom with a box-spring bed and its own flat-screen TV ensures peace and quiet for a good night's sleep.

In the living and dining area, a comfortable sofa bed invites you to linger – perfect for movies, game nights, or a nap.
