This penthouse apartment, over 100 square meters in size, offers a sunny loggia with views of the surrounding greenery, depending on the time of day. The sun-drenched apartment boasts a spacious layout. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a loggia. The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living and dining area with a south-facing terrace and a fireplace.
This very generously sized penthouse apartment was completely renovated between 2019 and 2023. Both bedrooms and the bright living and dining area have loggias with seating. Bedroom 1 features a family bunk bed (with a 140 x 200 cm and a 90 x 200 cm mattress), while the other bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and direct access to the bathroom.
