Designed to accommodate up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 children), the house is spread over two levels:
• On the ground floor, there is a large, open-plan, cozy, and light-filled living area comprising a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to a furnished terrace overlooking the park. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a separate toilet, are also located on this floor.
• Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (1.40m x 2m) and two children's bedrooms with single beds (0.80m x 2m). A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the sleeping area.
