Our holiday apartment is located in the "Sahlenburg" resort area near Cuxhaven.
The apartment offers a fantastic sea view from the balcony, complete with stunning sunsets. It faces south/west. The fine sandy beach is just 180 meters away.
You can leave your car parked here.
The apartment includes a private parking space. The apartment is accessible by elevator, eliminating the need to climb stairs.
The hallway is separate from the living area.
Loading and unloading is possible right in front of the apartment. Afterwards, you can park your luggage in the parking space. It is the top-floor apartment. A lockable bicycle storage room is available with direct access to the outside.
The apartment features parquet flooring, an LED TV, and a stereo system. A bakery (Itjen) is located in the building (opening hours vary seasonally). A bicycle rental shop is nearby. In the basement, near entrance A, you will find a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers. (Coin payment €2.00 per transaction.
The tourist tax is not included in the rental price. It must be paid separately to the landlord, who then forwards the money to the tourist office. The tourist cards will be sent to you by the landlord. Price: High season €4.00 per person, Low season €3.20 per person.
The bed tax, introduced in 2018, is paid by the landlord and remitted to the tourist office.
