This comfortable holiday home, approximately 65 m² (approx. 42 m² floor space), was completed in 2013 and is rented to a family or a maximum of 3 adults. Ground floor: Living area with open-plan fitted kitchen; sofa bed for 1-2 people, underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, TV. Bathroom with walk-in shower (NO rain shower) and washing machine. Dining area for 6 people (plus high chair).
Attic: Stair gate, two separate bedrooms (with blackout curtains), 1 double bed, travel cot, and 3 single beds. Bed linen and towels must be brought along. Ceiling height is limited, approximately 2 m at the highest point.
Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, sun loungers, 2 mountain bikes. Parking space in a gated shared parking area, within walking distance.
