You enter the house through the impressive hallway. On the ground floor, you will find a very spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen and a large sliding glass door leading to the southwest-facing terrace. Also on the ground floor is a luxurious bathroom with a large bathtub and shower. Furthermore (not yet pictured) on the ground floor is a small bedroom with a single bed and a home office area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a large family box-spring bed measuring 240x200 cm. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed, the lower bunk of which can be extended to 180x200 cm. The third bedroom is furnished with a 180x200 cm bed.
The house, including landscaping, will be completed by April 1, 2025.
