This cozy and family-friendly holiday apartment (55 sq m) with a terrace is located on the ground floor of the building and is equipped with a TV and mini hi-fi system (USB + Bluetooth). The entire apartment has tiled floors, and all windows are fitted with blackout blinds and professional insect screens.
The apartment is simply and modernly furnished. Thanks to a comfortable corner sofa with an ottoman that converts into a double bed, it's perfect for relaxing with a child. With both sunny and shady areas, you can also relax on the terrace and adjacent lawn as you wish.
The bedroom features a double bed, side tables, and a mirrored wardrobe. In the hallway, there is a bunk bed (1.9 x 0.9 m) with a wardrobe. A small bathroom with a shower is also available. For our youngest guests, a travel cot and highchair are provided, along with some toys.
You can park your car free of charge in the apartment's designated parking space on the premises. Bicycles can also be stored in the shed.
