Our newly renovated holiday apartment is located on the sunny, flat plateau of Oberschönau near Berchtesgaden, making it the ideal starting point for your holiday in the Berchtesgaden region.

The "Time Out" loft, located on the first floor, is easily accessible via a private staircase. A spacious living and dining area awaits you, complete with a new and fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher). From here, you have access to the apartment's absolute highlight – the generous outdoor seating area with breathtaking mountain views from the Kehlstein to the Watzmann. Spend unforgettable moments here, whether enjoying breakfast, dinner, or relaxing after an eventful day.

On the first floor, you will also find a modern, spacious bathroom and a separate toilet.
The top floor features a spacious bedroom with a separate lounge area, which offers additional sleeping space for up to two children. For your entertainment, two large flat-screen TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) and, of course, free Wi-Fi are available.
You can conveniently park your car directly in front of the house or, if you prefer, in the garage (for an additional fee). You can also store your bicycles securely and locked away.
Within walking distance of the apartment, you will find numerous restaurants and shops for daily needs, such as a bakery.
Lake Königssee, the Jennerbahn cable car, and a large shopping center are only 3.5 km away.
