The beachfront residence is situated in a prime beachfront location. You can reach the long, wide, and fine sandy beach without having to cross a single street.
The 3-room apartment is 60 m² and located on the raised ground floor. It offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation.
The living room features a south-facing loggia with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. An HD TV and HD satellite receiver, DVD player, USB charging port, and radio are provided.
The small, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (small dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.) and offers everything you need for convenient self-catering.
The modern, bright bathroom has a nearly walk-in shower with a glass partition.
From the master bedroom, you can enjoy the sunrise and the view of the Baltic Sea from your second balcony. It is furnished with a double bed (two 90 x 200 cm mattresses) and a large wardrobe. The bedroom has blackout blinds, ensuring a restful night's sleep even in summer. A second satellite TV is mounted on the wall. This TV is pre-programmed for SAT HD+ and SAT SKY, provided you bring your corresponding SAT HD+ and/or SAT SKY cards. This gives you one TV in the master bedroom and one in the living room.
The children's bedroom is located inside the house and features a bunk bed and a wardrobe.
The fishing café right next door is a popular meeting place. During peak season, you can buy bread rolls and freshly caught fish there in the mornings. There's also a small playground right on the beach (with swings, a slide, and, of course, the world's biggest sandbox...) and an ice cream parlor. Bicycles can be rented approximately 100 meters away.
