First rental from June 20, 2021, after a loving and extensive renovation and furnishing.
Box spring beds, blankets, sofa... everything is brand new. Even the building's exterior underwent extensive refurbishment from autumn 2020 to spring 2021 and now shines like new.
The true luxury is the unique location: in the sought-after first row, directly on the seafront. Unobstructed, direct sea views. You'll be blown away! No road between the apartment and the sandy beach.
Because the house is built into a hillside, your apartment is on the 1st floor (land side) when viewed from the main entrance, and on the 4th floor (lake side).
Ideal for people with a fear of elevators. You can easily reach the apartment via a staircase, but there are also two elevators available.
The apartment includes a reserved parking space, free of charge. Especially convenient: You can walk from the parking space directly to your apartment without a single step!
This parking space is secured with a barrier to prevent unauthorized parking.
