This modernly furnished holiday apartment is located near the Grasberg mountain, which is perfect for a leisurely hike to the St. Martinshütte mountain hut in the summer and for tobogganing in the winter.
Sunny and centrally located 3-room apartment with a south-facing balcony and stunning mountain views on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the Garmisch district.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a dining area, and a seating area with a sofa bed; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet; and a hallway. The living room has access to the southwest-facing balcony with an awning, and the bedroom has access to the northwest-facing balcony. An ironing board and iron are also provided. Underground parking is available (duplex, max. height 1.60 m).

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for 4 people.
Children are very welcome in the "Brenken" apartment.
You are welcome to bring your pets. (€15.00 per night per pet)

A linen package (1 set of bed linen, 1 regular hand towel, 1 bath towel) is mandatory for each guest at €14.00 per person. We are happy to provide a travel cot (€12.00) and a highchair (€6.00) for a one-time fee. Dish towels and cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment.
