3-room holiday apartment "Listowell" in Grainau

This well-equipped apartment in the health resort of Grainau, with its lovely outdoor area, offers ample space for families and is located near numerous leisure activities and excursions in the surrounding area, such as the famous Eibsee lake below the Zugspitze mountain.

The apartment is situated in a country house built in the Bavarian style. It enjoys a beautiful, quiet location with stunning mountain views. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach all shopping facilities, the indoor and outdoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness center, tennis courts, the Zugspitze cable car, cross-country ski trails, the bus to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Eibsee, the spa park, as well as walking and cycling paths.

The very comfortably furnished apartment features a sunny south-facing terrace with a garden and magnificent mountain views. On the ground floor, it comprises a living room with a seating area and a cozy lounge, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. From the hallway, a spiral staircase leads to the lower level, where you'll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a bunk bed for two children, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The apartment is fully equipped for two adults and two children. Families with children are very welcome!
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

A linen package (one set of bed linens, one regular towel, and one bath towel) is mandatory for each guest at €14.00. Additional linens can be booked upon request. Where available, we can also provide a travel cot (€12.00), a high chair (€6.00), or an extra bed (€15.00).

Dish towels and cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment.
