On the ground floor, an open-plan living area awaits, where you can relax with a good book on the corner sofa, cozy up by the crackling fireplace, or watch movies with your family.
To help you indulge in culinary delights, the well-equipped kitchen offers the perfect opportunity to unleash your creativity and try out new recipes. Afterward, you can serve your meals in the inviting dining area.
Also located on the ground floor are a guest toilet and a utility room with a washing machine, where you can also store your supplies and drinks.
A small play area for children is set up under the stairs.
Meanwhile, the children can romp around in the garden and have plenty of fun outdoors. The terrace/garden area is enclosed by privacy screens.
The bathroom is located on the upper floor. Your own little wellness oasis will pamper you and your senses with a hot, walk-in rain shower or a soothing sauna session – leave the stress of everyday life behind and relax completely and unconditionally.
Two attractive bedrooms create an idyllic atmosphere, allowing you to drift peacefully into a dreamland. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms are also equipped with a flat-screen TV and blackout blinds.
Even the youngest guests are catered for: a travel cot with mattress, a highchair, and a small step stool for easier access to the sink are provided. All electrical outlets are fitted with child safety locks.
The entire house has underfloor heating.
A parking space and a lockable outdoor storage shed are located directly in front of the house. Here you can store your bicycles, stroller, or beach gear. A handcart is available for your free use during your stay.
