Elias Holiday Apartment
4-room apartment "Elias" in Garmisch-Partenkirchen
This spacious and comfortably furnished maisonette apartment is situated in a quiet location with a beautiful garden and conservatory.
The largely newly renovated vacation apartment is located on the ground and lower ground floors of a multi-family house built in the Bavarian style. The garden, which is for your exclusive use, adjoins the terrace with its conservatory, inviting you to relax in any season.
The spacious, wood-paneled Bavarian living room is furnished with a large sofa and offers ample space to unwind after an eventful day. The dining area with a corner bench is ideal for cozy gatherings. On cold autumn and winter days, a tiled stove provides additional warmth and comfort. The apartment has a small but fully equipped fitted kitchen with a serving hatch to the dining area.
The vacation apartment has three bedrooms. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (200x200 cm) and two wardrobes, as well as a small bedroom with two single beds. Another bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor and has its own access to the terrace and garden. A walk-in closet completes this attractive room.
A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet is located on the ground floor. A further small bathroom with a shower and toilet is located in the lower level.
The apartment is equipped for up to six people. It includes ski storage, an ironing board and iron, and two sun loungers for the terrace.
The four-room apartment "Christian," located in the same building, can be rented additionally if needed.
A linen package (one set of bed linens, one regular towel, and one bath towel) is mandatory for each guest at €14.00. Additional linens can be booked upon request. Where available, we are happy to provide a travel cot (€12.00), a highchair (€6.00), or an extra bed (€15.00) in the apartments.
Dish towels and cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment.
