The historic Villa Friedericia, built in beautiful Art Nouveau style, is located in Wyk's old town.

It thus offers an ideal starting point for a relaxing North Sea holiday at any time of year. The approximately 72 m² apartment offers plenty of space for up to four people.

Ideal location:

Just a few steps to the sandy beach, pedestrian zone, promenade, and seawater wave pool.

A variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops are within walking distance.

The ferry port is about 1 km away.
Sleeping:
The non-smoking apartment offers two bedrooms.

The larger bedroom (19 m²) has a double bed (180x200cm) and the smaller bedroom (10 m²) has two single beds (each 90x200cm).

A cot and a highchair are available upon request for a fee.
All beds are comfortable box-spring beds.

Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (such as an induction cooktop) and the beautifully renovated bathroom are among the other amenities.

Internet:

Our guests regularly praise our private internet access (high-speed Wi-Fi).

The villa offers a reserved parking space for our guests.
Bicycle storage is also available.
