The apartment can be reached via Uffestraße or Schulweg to Schulstraße 10. The entrance is located at the rear of Schulstraße 10.

The apartment is 78 square meters and accommodates 2-4 people plus a baby.
The living area, with its large, comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV with satellite connection, and direct access to the 6-square-meter balcony, invites you to relax and unwind.
The separate kitchen with dining area features a high-quality kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and more, providing ample space for cooking, baking, and dining. Various spices, coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, dish towels, etc., are provided. The 25 sq m balcony is accessible from the kitchen.
The two bedrooms are each furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe, and flat-screen TV. A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge. The windows are fitted with blackout curtains.
The bathroom is modernly furnished with a large shower, towel warmer, washbasin, and toilet.
There is another toilet in the utility room, which also contains a freezer.
Smoking is only permitted on the balconies!
