The holiday home Auen, accommodating up to 4 people (plus 1 infant), is located directly at the popular sailing harbor in Maasholm. Just steps from the water, the maritime surroundings invite you to truly relax. The completely renovated house is furnished in a modern nautical style and offers a high level of comfort.
Ground floor:
- Living/dining area with satellite TV and direct access to the south-facing terrace, open-plan kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, and
pod/capsule and coffee machine

Upper floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 box-spring bed 200 x 200 cm); linen package available for an additional fee
- 1 bedroom (1 box-spring bed 180 x 200 cm); linen package available for an additional fee
- Shower room, WC, washbasin, mirror, towel warmer; linen package available for an additional fee
Attic:
- A staircase leads to the open attic, which is furnished with modern sleeper chairs. From up here, you have
a fantastic view of the harbor and the sea.
Garden and terrace:
- Seating, sun loungers, parasol, and gas grill
Wi-Fi and free parking are available. A linen package can be booked for €25 per person (beds must be made by the guests themselves).
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
