Accommodation, Layout, and Amenities
The apartment in Playa de Gandia has 2 bedrooms.
The 55 m² accommodation is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with sea views from the terrace and pool.
These are completely renovated apartments, all brand new from top to bottom, ensuring a perfect stay.
Upon entering the apartment, you'll find the living room, an open and spacious area where you'll feel right at home. It has a 2.80 m long sofa with 110 cm of space for a child (it is not a sofa bed). In front of the sofa is a 49" TV with international satellite channels (languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Russian).
The apartment has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning with heating throughout. A comfortable dining table for four is provided, along with various chairs and wicker/bamboo lamps, adding to the Mediterranean ambiance.
The kitchen follows a minimalist design, featuring handleless doors and integrated appliances that lend it an elegant look. It is finished in shades of white and elegant woods. It includes a toaster, an electric juicer, an Italian and an American coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, wine glasses, a kettle—everything you could possibly need.
We found the two bedrooms separated by the bathroom, a lovely bathroom with a rain shower head located on the ground floor. A hairdryer is also provided. All the furnishings were well-maintained, and the use of black accents added to the apartment's elegance.
The double bedroom has a 150x190 cm bed and a TV. The second bedroom has 190x90 cm beds.
