The beautiful views over the residential area and the mountains from the private terrace are just great. They are the perfect company to enjoy a cup of coffee while deciding the plan for the day. No doubt, your plan will be going to the beach or to the fantastic heated pool of the building with a measure of 10 x 5 metres and a 1 to 1.70 metres depth. In addition, the pool features an integrated jacuzzi heated up to 30ºC.

The apartment, located on a third floor of a building with lift, features an excellent quality, and a spacious living room open to the dining area, where you can relax all together while watching a movie or a TV series after the delicious lunch. The kitchen is pure luxury, equipped with an induction top, stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets and a table with chairs in case you prefer to have lunch there. The laundry room comes with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor we find a shower bathroom and two bedrooms. One of these has two twin beds and a closet, and the other has two bunk beds. Going upstairs, on the top floor, there are three more bedrooms, all with a double bed and exit to a beautiful terrace. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite hydro massage bathtub bathroom, and another hydro massage shower bathroom completes this floor. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The whole accommodation features air-conditioning and central heating for the winter season.

Located near the port, the fishing town of Grao de Gandía, is the perfect destiny during the whole year. The warm weather allows you to have long walks along the 3 km long promenade, in parallel to the shore, with plenty of restaurants, cafes or sea food restaurants. You can also go to the beach to enjoy a nice swim. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
