Internet: 300/300 Mbits for streaming. Single beds in all bedrooms, in one bedroom the beds are foldable into a double bed. One bedroom also has 2 built-in beds in the wall. Grocery 5 km. 2 km to restaurant. Straumstad is also a good starting point for boat and paddle trips in the skerries. Good hiking opportunities in the immediate area. Straumstadvatnet 500 m., With trout of approx. 300g. A 9 foot Pioneer dinghy can be rented for use on Straumstadvannet. 5.6 km to Vardetangen, the westernmost mainland point in Norway. Vardetangen has a 5 km adapted hiking trail in the open coastal landscape. 70 km to Bergen and all the city's facilities and experiences. About. 25 min. by car to the ferry berth Sævrøy for crossing to the island Fedje, a gem in the west with many nice hiking opportunities. Boats for rent 250 m away: 1x 18 foot Øien 530 with 40 HP Yamaha, GPS / chart plotter / echo sounder and 3 pole holders.

The house is simple, but has everything you need, and we don't have great demands in this case, everything is good, nice and friendly, what more could you want,
neat and stylish furnishings, clean, stable internet connection, nice and friendly owner, everything necessary was there,
The house has good technical equipment and a beautiful location. The boat is great for fishing with a maximum of four people. The Garmin depth sounder was set to Norwegian and the owner could not change the language. However, it was still good to use. Apart from the somewhat difficult walk to the boat 250 meters away and the not so nice filleting area, the house was very good for us. The landlord Per was very friendly, spoke understandable English and answered every question promptly and helpfully.
