This vacation home offers a great opportunity to relax and enjoy swimming with the whole family or with good friends. The vacation home includes a practical entrance area/utility room with washing machine, dryer, and microwave. From there, you have direct access to the open kitchen/living room area with an open ceiling up to the ridge and panoramic windows overlooking the garden. There are three bedrooms; two with double beds and one with a single bed. In addition, there is a sleeping alcove in the living room with a large single bed. A docking station is available for free use in one of the rooms. Beautiful bathroom with whirlpool and heating. From the living room, you have direct access to a beautiful, large terrace where you can light the barbecue and watch the children playing in the playhouse, playing ball, swinging, or jumping on the trampoline (use at your own risk). On the property, you will also find the wonderful hot tub, where you can sit back and enjoy nature. It is only about 500 m to the beautiful beach and there are also several cozy restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Not available for rental to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
