Lursjön is one of Sweden's cleanest bathing lakes and rich in fish, mainly pike and perch, but also other species. Fishing license required. In the area there are also several nice hiking trails and bike paths. If you want to go to the municipal bathing place, this is on the other side of the lake, closer to Hästveda community. The ICA store in Hästveda has i.a. specializes in venison and has several exotic varieties. The nearest major town is Osby. Here is Brio Lekoseum. In addition to Brio's toys, there is also a model railway (Märklin), a large collection of Barbie dolls and Santa's workshop. Warm welcome!
