Renovated year-round house with whirlpool and good attention to detail located in scenic surroundings on a 2300 m2 plot with Idom Å in the backyard. Perfect for guests who value nature with forest, fields and the river in the backyard and who prioritize a holiday with peace and quiet. The property is a total of 268 m2. As a guest you have access to 120 m2 and the opportunity to use the garden and the house's large terrace overlooking the river and the countryside. The cottage has a kitchen with i.a. ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. Large living room with modern furniture, free internet, free Netflix Premium, flat screen TV with international channels and Chromecast, so you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. From the living room there is direct access to the large, open terrace. Bathroom with bathing environment and shower and the house's 2-person whirlpool. There is washer and dryer. The house has two bedrooms divided into one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. There is an open terrace with good garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the area. There are views of surrounding fields with rich wildlife that can be enjoyed from inside the house. In Idom town there is the possibility of fishing and there is a large freezer available in the house for all the fish. The house is suitable for families with children, where the children have the opportunity to frolic in the garden with play tower, swings, trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance) and the opportunity to swim in the river, which is shallow. There is only a 10 min drive into Holstebro city. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Described as a 5 star house, which was not too bad. Turned out to be attached to people's own homes, not clear in the description/from the photos. No problem, only when someone was there you could hear everything at normal speaking volume. Very nice location on a stream, only so many weeds that you could not reach it. Even cleaned when we arrived, toilet was not very clean. Children could use everything that stood and lay in the garden and were allowed to go anywhere outside. All in all fine house with all the trimmings, only we had different expectations due to description and previous houses in Denmark. Mow the grass, change the description and you're all right! 👍

The hosts were super nice and welcoming, Everything was clean and tidy, and we felt right at home, The rooms were spacious, which was great for our family, Would stay again in a heartbeat!
