Description
A very well maintained cottage with whirlpool and sauna from 1996, renovated in 2012 located only approx. 100 m from one of Funen's absolute best beaches. The cottage has a large wooden terrace with good garden furniture and a beautiful view of the natural area. There are three bedrooms and an extremely well equipped kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom you will find a whirlpool and sauna as well as a washing machine. The house has solar energy. From the living room / living room, where there is Smart TV, there is direct access to the terrace. Furthermore, there is an enclosed patio, with the possibility of covering, just as there is also an outside shower with solar heated water. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.

A nice house in a good location, the water in the hot tub, however, never reached above 24 degrees,, / When the sauna is turned on, it gets unbearably hot in the small room, / You can hear the heating system air to air all night when it is on, / If the heating system is not on at night, it is very cold in the living room in the morning / It seems as if the house is not sufficiently insulated for winter use
