The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed. Open kitchen. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and a lovely sauna with capacity for 6 people. The apartment also has a washing machine. Free wireless internet, TV with NRK and TV2 as well as Netflix for streaming. There is also a highchair and a baby bed (0-3 years) available. Outdoors there is both an open and covered terrace with garden furniture and a garden grill. There are wonderful scenic surroundings with only 50 meters to lake Eiksåvannet with swimming opportunities from the rocky cliffs and pier. For hiking enthusiasts, the nearest hiking trail starts just 50 meters from the door. It is about 4.9 km to the nearest grocery store and town, and 23 km to the nearest restaurant. A 15-foot boat is included in the price. The boat is moored at lake Eiksåvannet, just 50 meters from the apartment. The boat is equipped with GPS and mandatory safety equipment (lifebuoy, 4 emergency rockets, sea anchor, fire extinguisher and bucket). Life jackets are available. There are 2 parking spaces by the house in summer and winter.
