Charming cottage in the center of Skagen with history, beach, sea, harbor and a wonderful urban environment just outside. It is certainly not only the location that is top notch, because the house itself gives you a wonderful setting for your holiday life. The soul and original charm of the house can still be felt indoors, where there is light and the atmosphere is warm and friendly & # 8211; not just on the ground floor, but also on the first floor, where there are two charming bedrooms, a bathroom and a repos with two beds and TV with Chromecast, which can be used as a reading room with access to the house terrace, where you can enjoy the evening sun. Ground floor offers a guest toilet, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, utility room and a bright and cozy living room and dining area. A secluded charming courtyard, where there is room for many hours of cosiness. In front of the house there is a small front garden that is closed with a white fence. The house is located within walking distance to the center and the harbor. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Well-maintained town house with a very nice location, pedestrian street and harbour
Location was perfect, House had so much character and was really well equipped,
Nice place overall, but could use a little update here and there, Still, it was comfortable and the quiet area made for a peaceful stay, Close to nature spots, which was a plus!
Our experience at this holiday home was quite pleasant overall, It’s a straightforward setup with all the essentials, The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and having a washing machine was a major plus, The location was decent, not too far from some great dining options like Det Lille Kaffehus,
Absolutely loved our time at Holiday home Skagen XLI! The kids had a blast playing in the garden while we enjoyed the serene atmosphere, The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and we even found some great local eateries nearby, like Restaurant Kokkenes, Definitely a place we'd return to!
Had a lovely stay here! The hosts were friendly and the place was spotless, We loved chilling in the garden and the nearby restaurants were fantastic, especially Det Lille Kaffehus, Would definitely come back!
