Holiday apartment with 1 bedroom

Dear Guests,

we would like to inform you that painting and carpentry work will be carried out on the building to which this holiday apartment belongs, starting around August 31, 2026.

The following restrictions will apply:

- Use of the balconies/terraces is possible, however, painting, carpentry, and cleaning work will also be taking place there.

- Floor-to-ceiling windows cannot be opened, as the fall protection barriers for the painting work will be removed from the outside.

Should the work actually fall within your travel period, you will receive a 20% discount on the accommodation price.

This will then be paid out after your trip.

The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet location, approximately 150 meters from the beach in Graal-Müritz, and is located on the ground floor with a large terrace. It is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday.

The apartment features a bedroom, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed. A parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly next to the house.

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, ample supplies such as dishwasher tablets and toilet paper, and a starter pack of firewood from October to April.

You will receive your visitor's tax cards upon arrival. The prices quoted are based on a maximum occupancy of 3 people.

We are happy to provide bed linen (€15 per person), towels (€10 per person), or a bed linen and towel package (€25 per person). A travel cot and highchair are also available for a small additional charge of €20 each.

This is a non-smoking apartment, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Check-in is from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Bicycles are not included in the booking confirmation (more information can be found under "Your Holiday - Questions and Answers").
