The holiday apartment "Meeresrauschen" (Sound of the Sea) is located on the ground floor of Villa Eleonore and is just 250 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Nienhagen.
The bright and sunny apartment offers two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (1.80m), and the second with a daybed that extends to 1.60m. From the spacious and modernly furnished living room, you have direct access to the covered wooden terrace and the adjoining private garden. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided.
The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, integrated into the living area, features a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, two coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), a toaster, a kettle, and ample dishes, pots, and practical kitchen utensils. The bathroom with a glass shower cubicle is equipped with a towel warmer and a washing machine.
Technical amenities include a compact stereo system and a smart TV. Wi-Fi (DSL16) is free of charge.
The apartment has tiled floors throughout with underfloor heating; all windows have exterior blinds. The modern sofa can be converted into an additional bed (1.60 m), allowing a total of 5 guests to stay in the apartment. A dog is welcome to join you for an extra charge.
We are happy to provide children's equipment upon request (travel cot with mattress, high chair, bed rail, toilet seat adapter, nightlights). All electrical outlets are equipped with child safety locks. A handcart is available at the apartment for trips to the beach and for excursions.
You will have a reserved parking space directly at the house. Bicycle racks are also available at the house.
Please note:
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee.
If you are bringing a dog, there is also an additional charge.
