This spacious villa is situated in a quiet, rural location above Sayalonga (300m), which is accessible via a paved road.
Sayalonga is a traditional village in the Axarquia region, approximately 37 kilometers from Malaga Airport.
In Sayalonga, you will find restaurants, a tapas bar, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a small supermarket.
The bright villa features one bedroom with air conditioning, one bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. We renovated and lovingly furnished the villa in 2019.
After a wonderful day in the sun, you can unwind in the newly designed, open-plan living area with a fireplace, dining area, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The new bed in the guest bedroom provides a restful night's sleep, ensuring you are ready for the next day.
The villa is beautifully renovated and lovingly furnished. Outside, you'll find a 6m x 4m swimming pool and a fenced terrace with picturesque mountain views, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a barbecue while watching the sunset.
If you need assistance or have any questions, a contact person is available on-site who speaks German, English, and Spanish.
Algarrabo Costa beach is a 15-minute drive from the villa. There you'll find shops such as Mercadona, Lidl, and Aldi.
Other beaches can be found in Torre del Mar or Torrox, where you'll also find a German medical center.
