Step into the spacious, light-filled living and dining area, which, with its open-plan design and adjoining, fully equipped kitchen, invites you to gather and socialize. The large windows offer a wonderful view of the charming, enclosed garden – an ideal place to relax and play. On the sunny terrace, you'll find comfortable garden furniture and a beach chair (in season), embodying the true Sylt lifestyle. A modern shower room is also located on the ground floor. The first floor features three tastefully furnished bedrooms with double beds, another bright shower room, and a separate WC. One bedroom also offers its own washbasin – practical and convenient. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a private parking space with an electric vehicle charging station (Mennekes), and a washing machine and dryer. Perfect for extended stays or family vacations.
