Marina Hülsen - The Reed Bank House
The reed-lined house is situated on the tranquil western shore of the Hülsen Marina, right on the water. The beautiful garden is divided into three sections: On the elevated terrace level, the Schlei fjord stretches out before you, offering views from the island of Kieholm in the southwest to the bend in the Schlei in the northwest. A little lower down, amidst the greenery of hedges and summer flowers, you'll find sheltered spots right on the water's edge, perfect for dreaming and relaxing. The apple orchard to the southwest provides space for children to play.
Inside the house, the bright and open atmosphere is impressive, thanks to high ceilings and windows that extend from the water to the sky. The large dining table and sofa area offer ample space for the whole family, friends, or even work groups who want to exchange ideas in an inspiring setting. The well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar is conveniently located next door.
The house is furnished in high-quality, beach-inspired colors of white, beige, and gray, featuring handcrafted solid wood furniture. Of the three bedrooms, two have double beds and one has two single beds (90x200cm). All bedrooms have doors leading to the garden and each has a window with a mosquito net.
The bathroom features a double vanity made of natural stone, a whirlpool tub, a sauna, and heated floor tiles in light gray tones, which, like throughout the house, provide pleasant warmth when it's cold outside.
Bicycles or other sports equipment can be stored in the attached wooden shed.
