The approximately 36 m² "Dune Nest" apartment accommodates 2 to 4 people and is ideally located on a quiet street parallel to the lively Friedrichstrasse and just a stone's throw from the beach. The apartment is situated in a well-maintained building with an elevator and is also within easy walking distance of the train station. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living area, which can be easily converted into an additional sleeping space. The modern living and dining area offers access to the balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast or relax in the evening. A small kitchen is available for your convenience, equipped with all essential utensils – please note that there is no oven. A bright shower room completes the apartment. Feel free to use the free Wi-Fi and the included parking space.
