The 110 sq m Old Captain's House offers space for four people spread over two floors (a fifth and sixth person can be accommodated upon request). It is therefore ideally suited for a family holiday with children. Couples will also find this stylish holiday home perfect for spending some quality time together, perhaps enjoying a glass of wine in front of the cozy fireplace. The living room features two comfortable sofas. Modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and a Dolby Surround system provide entertainment when the weather outside is less than inviting. Upstairs in this cozy holiday home, a small roof terrace awaits you with a magnificent view of the Schlei fjord.
The entire house is lovingly and stylishly furnished in the region's Nordic, maritime style and meets the DTV's 5-star criteria. The house features real wood flooring.
The holiday home's large, fully fenced garden borders directly on the banks of the Schlei and is only interrupted by the footpath that circles Arnis. A boat dock (for drafts up to 1 meter) with a canoe is part of the property and is available for your use free of charge. Various terraces and secluded corners with garden furniture invite you to relax in the garden. The Finnish sauna is particularly inviting.
